Axiomtek's tBOX810-838-FL is a fanless embedded box PC certified with eMark, ISO7637, EN50155, EN50121 and IEC60945 for a variety of transportation applications. The tBOX810-838-FL is an all-in-one, extremely small embedded box PC targeted at in-vehicle, railway and marine fields. The solid embedded box computer can not only be compatible with Wi-Fi, 3G / 4G, GPS / G-sensor module card but also provides extra storage and extend functionality for various applications. Concerning the reliability and durability, it is designed-in with intelligent power manager for vehicle battery and system protection.
Through setting up ignition and ACC delay time, user can prevent losing data and running out of battery while vehicle is under on and off. One 2.5in SATA drive (9.5mm) and one mSATA are available for system storage. Axiomtek rBOX120-2COM din-rail fanless embedded field controller supports extra low power Intel Atom processors Z520PT (up to 1.33 GHz) with extended temperature range of -40°C to +70°C for use in extreme operating environments.
To prevent ESD and over-voltage, this super compact-size rBOX120-2COM is equipped with two isolated RS-232/422/485, 3 isolated 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet for offering magnetic isolation protection. Fanless embedded computing platform for railway applications
Built-in high performance Intel Core processor, Intel Core i7-3517UE (up to 2.8 GHz) or Intel Core i3-3217UE (1.6GHz) processor, the tBOX321-870-FL adopts an onboard processor and onboard DRAM which greatly reduces the impact of vibration and shock ideally for harsh environments.
It certified with EN50155 / EN50121 for rolling stock, complies with EN45545-2 for fire resistance and power interruption class S2 for power supply stability, greatly advancing the system performance and reliability.
Axiomtek's tBOX321-870-FL offers isolated COM ports, isolated Digital I/O ports for various devices connectivity. Two swappable and lockable front-accessible CFast socket and HDD drive bay is convenient for easy maintenance and system upgrade. High-speed gigabit Ethernet and USB 3.0 ports enable fast and efficient data computation, communication and acquisition. Lockable I/O connectors increase the reliability and stability during the transportation. For greater expansion capability, three internal Mini-PCI Express slots are added to the system, one SIM slot is also available for 2G/3G/4G, GPS, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth applications.

Fanless touch panel computer for harsh environments
Axiomtek GOT-3126TL is the 12.1in fanless touch-panel computer. By supporting a wide temperature range, from -20°C to +55°C, the GOT-3126TL is especially designed for harsh environments.
Adopting a modern, super sleek fanless design; the GOT-3126TL is equipped with a 12.1in TFT LCD and low-power consumption Intel Atom processor. In response to customers' requests for wireless applications, the GOT-3126TL has a mini-card slot, as well as an optional fixed rotational WLAN antenna for wireless network connection.
Simply plugging in the WLAN mini-card gives customers instant wireless LAN access. The GOT-3126TL is suitable for many applications, including transportation, trains, control platforms on ships, oil pipe monitoring systems and environmental monitoring of steelworks.
Ethernet switches for rolling stock
The ER58000 series M12 Ethernet switches are designed to operate rolling stock environments and comply with EN50155, EN50121-3-2 and EN50121-4 railway application requirements.
The ER58000, which is fully manageable via SNMP, web browser, telnet or console port, functions at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +75°C and is tested for functional operation at -40°C to +85°C.
The ER58000 supports alpha-ring, rapid spanning tree for redundancy, QoS for priority queuing, trunking, IGMP snooping, broadcast/multicast limit and port mirroring.
ED3344 Ethernet extender
ED3344 is specifically designed for industrial communication applications and is approved by UL with UL508 safety certification, whilst complying with EN50155, EN50121-3-2 and EN50121-4 railway application requirements, as well as NEMATS1 and TS2 environmental requirements for traffic control equipment.
The hardened design supports wide-operating temperature, ranging from -40°C to +75°C, and provides various mounting installation methods. The Ethernet extender is designed to benefit the application when coaxial cables exist in the project place.
It is an ideal product to shorten a project schedule and reduce the total re-cabling cost. ED3344 is equipped with one M12 10/100Mbps, full-duplex, auto-negotiation and auto-MDI/MDIX Ethernet port, which provides strong mechanical capacity and a BNC interface for Ethernet extension by using coaxial cable.
It provides ten speeds with speed indicator LEDs on the front panel of the unit for ease. The performance can reach up to 85Mbps at about 200m (656ft) and 1Mbps at around 2,600m (8,530ft).
